FAST AND EASY INSTALL: SharkBite Max push-to-connect brass push angle stop valves are used on stub-outs coming out of the wall and used to control and shut-off water flow in existing PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT and SDR-9 HDPE pipes. No need for soldering, glue, or additional tools; pipe connector can be installed in wet lines and ideal for working in tight spaces
NO PEX TUBE LINER: With no PEX pipe tube liner required, SharkBite Max plumbing fittings eliminate flow restriction when used on Copper/CPVC; the fittings feature a 1/2-inch push-to-connect inlet and a quarter-turn full-port brass ball valve for quick and easy operation
STRONG AND DURABLE: The reinforced stainless steel collar locks in the cartridge and provides additional strength for 50 percent reduction in insertion force
